Shipping policy

The daily order processing cut-off time is at 3 PM EST (New York time). This means that any orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

• Orders received by 3 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

All orders are shipped from New York, NY. 

A signature is required by default for most shipments to ensure secure delivery. Please contact customer service if you wish to waive this requirement.
