Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please make sure to use a postal service with tracking, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
